Inventory & Orders
We give our best efforts to have accurate stock counts, however we
cannot guarantee the availability of any particular item found on our
site. TheSportsBunker.com reserves the right to discontinue the sale of
any item(s) without notice. TheSportsBunker.com reserves the right to
revoke or cancel any stated offer to correct inaccuracies, omissions or
errors including orders that have been submitted & accepted, unpaid,
partially paid or paid in full.
The customer is responsible for any local or state taxes due from orders
placed on TheSportsBunker.com if they were not collected at the time of
sale.
SHIPPING
Expected delivery is calculated by processing time (time to pull, pack
and ship your items) + transit time (time for your selected carrier &
shipping service level to deliver the product.
Our standard processing time is 0-1 business days.
Please remember that only business days (Mon - Fri) count, unless
otherwise stated.
LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Damaged & lost item(s) or packages must be reported within 7 days of
receipt of the package.
All packing materials, paperwork and the product itself must be saved
for inspection by the shipping companies. Failure to retain these items
may place your claim in jeopardy and TheSportsBunker.com will not be
held responsible. PLEASE BE SURE TO RETAIN THESE ITEMS.
